Researched and updated provisional bibliographic records using OCLC Connexion, OCLC WorldCat, Sirsi/Dynix Workflows and the U.S. Government Printing Office online catalog
Identified problems and recommended solutions for around 900 problem records including monographic, serial, visual, electronic and cartographic formats
Developed a tracking system using Excel spreadsheets to provide statistical data on the types of problems and track progress of clean-up project
Wrote a twenty-three (23) page training manual emphasizing best search strategies
